The attorneys
David Dube — Founding Partner
Before practicing law, David worked for years as an insurance adjuster and appraiser throughout Florida, assessing property damage, navigating the claims process and negotiating settlements. As an adjuster he estimated nearly 1,000 properties in more than 30 cities. He is a HAAG-certified inspector and previously worked as a roofing consultant for a certified roofing contractor, managing commercial and residential roofing projects in South Florida.
David earned his Juris Doctor at Florida International University College of Law, concentrating in construction and insurance litigation. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Courts.
Tamara Braz — Partner
Tamara is a litigator with a background in insurance, real estate, business and commercial litigation. As a former defense attorney for insurance carriers, she brings an inside understanding of how insurers evaluate and defend claims.
