Free case review requests
When you request a case review we collect your name, phone number, email, property location, a description of your claim, your insurer and the storm involved. This information is sent to The Lawgical Firm, P.A. so the firm can contact you about your claim. If you check the text-message box, the firm may text you about your inquiry; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out. We do not sell your information.
Alert sign-ups
If you subscribe to storm alerts we store your email, optional mobile number, community and preferences, and use them only to send the alerts you chose. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Evacuation zone checker
The address you enter is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder and to county GIS services to find your zone. We do not store addresses; short-lived technical caches may hold a lookup result.
Calculators and damage log
Calculators run entirely in your browser. The storm damage log is saved only in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
Third-party content
Pages load images and data from NOAA, the National Weather Service, Windy.com and Google Fonts, which receive standard request information such as your IP address.
